I really enjoyed that dinner was included with my room. The Buffett style dinner and breakfast were both fantastic. Drink bar also was really nice with great friendly service. My room was in perfect condition and I really enjoyed my stay here. I would choose this place again!
Sabrina, Javier, Miranda and all of the supporting staff at Drury Inn on Dierksen Parkway in Springfield, IL was top notch! The accommodations are clean&provides all needs! The pool and hot tub are clean and inviting! The only thing I would suggest is to make the hot tub larger. The food for the Kickback dinner and breakfast was yummy and plenty of it! The attitude of the above mentioned staff was very friendly and personable! Location and parking is great! Highly recommend!
Been traveling to Springfield for almost 20 years for work stuff. Stayed at a dozen different places. The Drury is now my go to place. Amenities I want, very good breakfast, and the service is out of this world. The employees have all been there for years. That says a lot. It’s like a family with the staff. They remember you and you remember them. The star is Sebrina. She knows everyone and it’s like picking up a conversation any time I’m back. Great job
Highly recommend! My family and I had a great stay here. The service was incredible- each employee was very friendly, helpful, and kind. They really made our stay welcoming. Our suite was immaculate and comfortable. The pool and hot tub area was clean. Although we missed the evening meal, our breakfast was amazing. We love staying with Drury and look forward to staying at this location again.
We have stayed twice at this hotel in the last month. They are the best Drury has to offer..clean rooms, amazing breakfast with the most fun upbeat people cooking your pancakes, awesome pool and hot tub and staff that goes above and beyond to take care of everyone that comes thru the door. Job well done, we will be back!
Wow! This hotel is fabulous! I stayed for an entire week and it was absolutely perfect! The breakfast is hot and massive. The rooms are super clean. The food and drinks that are served from 5:30-7:00 pm each night is fantastic! I highly recommend!!!
We chose this hotel because it's rated better than any others in the area and we love Drury hotels. This one did not disappoint! It was meticulously clean, staff was all upbeat and cheerful and room was comfortable and spotless. Hotel is modern and has a luxurious feel. The breakfast staff are all so much fun and make the morning amazing. We especially loved the gravy and oatmeal. We will definitely stay here again when passing thru the area.
Staff were very helpful in taking our reservation over the phone at midnight and providing a pack n play to our room before we arrived. Clean room and comfortable beds. Breakfast was better than most— they had a cook up front making the scrambled eggs and pancakes fresh. Tables were wiped and dishes busses very promptly throughout breakfast. Would stay again.
